Um, no number I guess? Cause then it'll use all that it can I presume. I don't use it, but that seems logical.

i use soul seek and if you want to upload or download at as much as your computer can handle, set it on zero.

How is this program even accessible? I tried it and couldn't figure it out.

The advice in 5 is only partly correct; download should be set to 0 in order to obtain the fastest speeds, but upload should not.
Maxing out your upload results in your downloads become slower so because of this, it is advised that you set your upload to 80% of what you get in kb and i'm refering to bytes here, not bits.
For example, my upload connection is rated at 256 killa bits ps, which means that on a good day, I can get about 30 killa bytes uploaded a second.
80% of my up in bits would be 194.8, but at a ruff guess, I would set my upload to about 15 / 20 k bytes max in order for me to brouse the web and to continu to download.

It's a file sharing program. I really don't see how it's accessible with Jaws though. It also seems complicated.

I've heard of it, never used it.

it is accessible, in every respect. the chat feature isn't though. It's a good network for finding rare stuff though
